The core component of the machine is the roller conveyor system, which is composed of multiple groups of driving rollers and driven rollers. It can realize:

  • Steady conveying: The rollers drive the workpiece to move at a controllable speed through friction, ensuring that the workpiece is evenly exposed to the shot blasting area without offset or collision.
  • Adjustable speed: The conveying speed can be adjusted according to the workpiece size, surface roughness requirements, and shot blasting strength, matching the shot blasting efficiency to achieve the best surface treatment effect.
  • Batch processing: It supports continuous feeding and discharging of workpieces, realizing unmanned operation in conjunction with automatic loading and unloading systems, and greatly improving production efficiency.
2. High-Efficiency and Uniform Shot Blasting Treatment

Equipped with multiple high-power shot blasting turbines (blast wheels), the machine has the following shot blasting capabilities:

  • All-round surface coverage: The shot blasting turbines are arranged reasonably (usually on the upper, lower, and side of the conveyor line) to ensure that the shot blasting media can impact all surfaces of the workpiece (including the top, bottom, and sides), eliminating dead angles of treatment.
  • Adjustable shot blasting strength: By adjusting the motor power of the shot blasting turbine, the flow rate of the shot blasting media, and the conveying speed of the workpiece, the shot blasting strength can be precisely controlled to meet different surface treatment requirements (such as removing heavy rust, light oxide scale, or just improving surface roughness).
  • Cleaning of various surface contaminants: It can effectively remove oxide scale, rust, sand, welding slag, and oil stains on the workpiece surface, and at the same time, it can form a uniform rough surface on the workpiece surface to enhance the adhesion of subsequent coating (painting, spraying) and improve the coating quality and service life.
3. Intelligent Media Recycling and Purification

The machine is equipped with a closed-loop media recycling system, which realizes the reuse of shot blasting media and reduces production costs:

  • Media separation: After shot blasting, the mixture of shot blasting media, dust, and debris is collected into the separator. Through screening, air classification, and other technologies, the reusable steel shots/steel grit are separated from the waste debris and dust.
  • Dust removal and environmental protection: The supporting dust removal system (bag filter or cartridge filter) can capture more than 99% of the dust generated during the shot blasting process, meeting environmental protection emission standards and avoiding dust pollution to the workshop environment.
4. Strong Adaptability to Workpiece Specifications

The roller conveyor shot blasting machine has good compatibility with workpieces:
