Capabilities and Applications
The roller conveyor shot blasting machine is engineered for comprehensive surface preparation, effectively removing scale, paint, and rust from beams, metal sheets, and metal profiles. This equipment is also ideal for blast cleaning complex large machine constructions and welded steel structures.
This advanced blasting system features three distinct chambers: pre-chamber, blasting chamber, and cleaning chamber. Workpieces travel continuously through these chambers on an adjustable roller conveyor system with variable speed control from 0.5m/min to 4m/min via inverter. Roller length is customized according to maximum workpiece dimensions.
The configuration of blast turbine wheels and passageways is precisely adapted to workpiece shape and dimensions. Blasting wheels, constructed from wear-resistant materials with power ratings from 7.5 to 45 kW, deliver exceptional shot blasting performance.
In the cleaning chamber, a rotary brush and high-pressure blowing nozzle system efficiently removes residual dust from part surfaces before exiting the machine.
This roller conveyor blasting machine can be integrated into complete processing lines, including cutting, blasting, painting, and drying operations for steel plates or beams.
A high-quality cartridge-type dust collector ensures environmental compliance, maintaining dust emissions below 30mg/m³.
