Closed loop monorail type overhead conveyor shot blasting machine with hooks for continuous blasting process
Capabilities and applications
Our hook overhead conveyor shot blaster serves medium and large fragile or sensitive workpieces that are unsuitable for bulk tumbling processing.
It is widely used for heavy, complex parts such as castings, welded assemblies, forgings, pressed and formed parts, steel bottles and springs. Each hook supports 30kg to 300kg. Hook quantity and conveyor speed are configured based on required productivity.
Workpieces are mounted on holders or suspended from rotating traveling hooks. Their combined rotation and movement inside the cabinet ensures highly effective cleaning.
For seamless connection with coating and drying processes, opt for a continuous monorail spinner hanger shot blasting machine.
The monorail carries workpieces in and out of the blasting chamber. Loading takes place outside the cabinet, and finished parts are unloaded after blasting. With multiple working hooks, the system realizes alternating loading, unloading and blasting, supporting continuous production and high throughput.
