Our roller conveyor shot blasting machine is built for comprehensive surface pre-treatment. It efficiently removes mill scale, old paint and rust from steel beams, metal sheets and section profiles, and delivers consistent cleaning results for large, complex machine frames and welded steel structures.
The machine consists of three independent functional zones: inlet pre-chamber, main blasting chamber and post-cleaning chamber. Workpieces move steadily through each zone on an inverter-controlled roller conveyor, with travel speed adjustable between 0.5 m/min and 4 m/min. The overall roller length can be customized to accommodate the maximum size of your workpieces.
Blast turbines and internal openings are precisely arranged to match the profile and dimensions of your components. Each blast wheel adopts wear-resistant materials with individual power ranging from 7.5 kW to 45 kW, providing stable and high-power blasting performance.
In the rear cleaning chamber, rotating brushes cooperate with high-pressure air nozzles to sweep and blow away residual abrasives and dust from workpiece surfaces before discharging.
This roller conveyor shot blaster can be seamlessly integrated into full-process production lines for steel plates and steel beams, covering upstream cutting, shot blasting, painting and post-coating drying processes.
It is equipped with premium cartridge dust collectors to comply with environmental standards, limiting exhaust dust concentration below 30mg/m³.
