30kw Compressed Air Operated Double-Sides Automatic Sand Blasting Machine
Specialized surface treatment equipment designed for high-efficiency, uniform sand blasting of both sides of thin metal sheets and products in a single operation.

- Dual-side Synchronous Blasting: Identical blasting assemblies are arranged on the upper and lower sections and operate in synchronization. This guarantees consistent surface cleanliness, roughness and surface morphology, thus removing the requirement for secondary cleaning processes.
- Precise Parameter Control:Critical process parameters can be flexibly set through the PLC system: blasting pressure 0.2–0.8 MPa, abrasive feed rate 50–200 kg/h, conveying speed 0.5–5 m/min, and nozzle reciprocating frequency 0–30 times per minute.
- Intelligent Automatic Operation: Full-process automation is achieved via PLC control, covering automatic feeding, precise positioning, blasting processing, dust collection and workpiece unloading.
- High Abrasive Recycling Rate: The integrated cyclone and pulse dust collector system delivers a maximum abrasive recovery rate of 90%. Effective separation of qualified abrasives and impurities reduces material consumption and achieves eco-friendly production.
