The vacuum recovery manual sand blasting machine (also called dustless vacuum sand blaster or closed-circuit manual sand blaster) is a portable, closed-loop surface treatment device that integrates blasting, vacuum recovery, abrasive separation, and dust collection. It solves the dust pollution and abrasive waste problems of traditional open sand blasting, making it ideal for indoor, confined-space, and precision surface treatment scenarios.

Closed-Circuit Dustless Operation
- The blast head (with a brush seal) creates a local negative pressure zone, instantly vacuuming dust, used abrasives, and debris into the recovery system—no dust overflow, meeting strict environmental and occupational health standards

High-Efficiency Abrasive Recycling
