The 20ft/40ft Containerized Sand Blasting Room is a mobile, prefabricated surface treatment system integrated into standard maritime shipping containers (20ft/40ft ISO standard). It combines all core functions of a fixed sand blasting room—sand blasting operation space, abrasive recycling, dust collection, ventilation, and safety protection—into a compact, modular container body, eliminating the need for on-site civil construction and complex installation.
Designed for on-site, temporary, or remote surface treatment needs, it is a highly flexible alternative to fixed sand blasting rooms, with the 20ft version for small/medium workpiece processing and the 40ft version for larger workpieces or higher production efficiency.

- Built into standard 20ft/40ft shipping containers (steel structure, corrosion-resistant coating), the entire system is pre-assembled, wired, and tested in the factory
- On-site installation only requires connecting compressed air, power supply, and a dust exhaust pipe—installation completed in 4–8 hours (no civil construction, foundation pouring, or enclosure building required)
Closed-Loop Dustless Operation, Environmental Compliance
- Equipped with integrated pulse cartridge/bag-type dust removal system with dust collection efficiency of ≥99.9% and emission concentration ≤30mg/m³, meeting international industrial environmental standards
- Internal operation space is fully sealed with wear-resistant rubber/steel liners and rubber sealing strips—no dust overflow, suitable for use in residential areas, port terminals, or sensitive industrial zones
Integrated Abrasive Recycling & Circulation
