The rotary table shot blasting machine suits a wide range of workpieces in different shapes and sizes, including castings, forgings, stamped parts, as well as steel and non-ferrous components. It also handles workpieces made of fragile materials perfectly. This equipment is widely applied for routine surface treatment tasks, such as surface cleaning, sand removal from castings, and surface roughening prior to painting and coating.
Standard models feature two large access doors for easy manual loading and unloading. Workpieces are placed on a rotating table for continuous blasting processing. The machine is commonly fitted with one or two blasting wheels, installed either on the top, or with one unit on the top and another on the side. The entire blasting chamber is lined with manganese steel plates for durable wear protection.
We also offer customized non-standard versions equipped with 6, 8 or 10 blasting wheels. These heavy-duty models are specially developed for treating extra-large castings and steel structural workpieces.
The rotary table diameter ranges from 1000mm to 4000mm, supporting workpiece weights from 10kg up to 50,000kg to meet diverse processing demands.
When standard specifications fail to match your specific surface preparation needs, we can provide fully customized shot blasting machine solutions tailored to your production requirements.
