Product Description
Rotary table shot blasting machine with PLC control for small metal parts moulds aluminum castings
Capabilities and applications
The rotary table shot blasting machine is suitable for processing workpieces of diverse shapes and sizes, including castings, forgings, stampings, ferrous and non-ferrous metal components, as well as fragile parts. It is widely applied for surface cleaning, sand removal from castings, and surface roughening prior to coating operations.
The standard unit comes with two large access doors for convenient loading and unloading. Workpieces are placed on a rotating table. It is equipped with one or two blast wheels, which can be mounted on the top, or one on the top and the other on the side. The blasting chamber is lined with manganese steel for wear protection.
Custom non-standard models can be fitted with 6, 8 or 10 blast wheels, specifically engineered for large castings and steel structures.
The rotary table diameter ranges from 1000mm to 4000mm, and the applicable workpiece weight spans 10 kg to 50,000 kg.
