Automatic Stone Blasting Machine with Four Blast Wheels and High Volume Dust Collector for Pavement Bricks
This high-performance shot blaster comes fitted with four blast turbines and a large-capacity dust removal unit. It is purpose-built to carry out surface preparation work on paving bricks, concrete blocks and different types of stone products.
Capabilities and Applications
This stone shot blasting equipment is developed to create textured rough surfaces on granite, marble, concrete blocks, stone slabs and stone stair treads. In its standard setup, it can handle paving stones and blocks steadily while maintaining consistent processing quality and dependable running performance.

- Three-chamber design: pre-chamber, blasting chamber, and cleaning chamber
- Continuous moving rubber belt conveyor with adjustable speed (0.5-6 m/min)
- High-pressure blower with height-adjustable nozzle for abrasive removal
- Wear-resistant blast turbine wheels (7.5-15 kW power range)
- Wear-resistant rubber curtains for effective dust and abrasive containment
- High-efficiency baghouse pulse jet dust collector (emission <20mg/m³)
- Compatible with handling equipment for automated loading/unloading
