Marble Stone Bricks Concrete Blocks Stone Blasting Machine With High Power Blast Wheel

Marble stone shot blasting machine is normally used for surface roughening treatment of granites, marbles and concrete blocks, slabs, staris.

Our standard shot blast machines can process concrete stones and blocks widths from 600 mm to 1200 mm.

This type blasting machine has pre-chamber, blasting chamber and the cleaning chamber. The workpieces will pass through the three chambers on a continuous moving conveyor. The machine conveyor can use roller conveyor or rubber belt conveyor. The conveyor speed can be adjusted by inverter from 0.5m/min to 6m/min.

A high-pressure blower with a height-adjustable nozzle in the cleaning chamber will blow off the remaining abrasive on stones. The load and unloading process can use some handling equipment to ensure high processing efficiency.

The quantity and arrangement of the blast turbine wheels is adapted to the dimension of the work pieces and productivity requirement. Blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with power from 7.5 to 15 kW, providing efficient shot blasting.

The entry and exit chamber are sealed with wear-resistant rubber curtains to avoid dust and abrasive leaking from the blasting machine.

High efficiency cartridge type dust collector is used to keep the environmental protection, which makes sure the dust emission lower than 30mg/m3.
