Continuous LPG cylinder natural gas cylinder shot blasting machine with diabolo roller conveyor
Capabilities and applications
Built for surface preparation of LPG, CNG and gas cylinders, our LPG cylinder shot blasting machine strips rust and old paint layers, releases workpiece surface stress and enhances coating bonding performance.
We supply this cylinder blasting equipment in three distinct configurations.
The diabolo roller conveyor type is the first option. It moves LPG cylinders horizontally, and the cylinders spin on the conveyor as they travel. One or two blast turbines are installed on the top of the blasting cabinet. The rotating motion of cylinders during conveying allows blast wheels to clean every surface completely, supporting non-stop continuous production.
The second choice is the spinner hanger shot blasting machine with I or Y style overhead rails, commonly used for small batch blasting work.
The monorail hanger shot blaster is the third model. It works in continuous running mode and can be smoothly connected to upstream and downstream stations of your full production line.
Buyers can choose the most suitable machine type according to their real production requirements.
