The tube and bar shot blasting machine is a blasting machine with special roller conveyor, designed for removing scale, paint and rust from carbon steel tube and round bar or rebar. Another application is to blast cleaning LPG cylinders, gag cylinders or cylindrical workpieces which can easily pass through the blasting chamber on a special designed roller conveyor.
If the workpiece is single pass through, the machine will use V shape rollers. If the workpieces are multiple pass through, the machine will use straight roller with multi groove on it.
Blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with power from 7.5 to 45 kW, providing efficient shot blasting. Blasting speed can be from 0.5m/min to 6m/min.
High quality cartridge type dust collector is used to keep the environmental protection, which makes sure the dust emission lower than 30mg/m3.
